AIM OF THE COURSES : The ENSV summer courses aim at offering an update on the new concepts and main trends of the regulation in Veterinary Public Health, in the fields of Food Safety or/and Animal Health and Welfare in the European Union. Our challenge is to allow participants to gather and share experience from managing Food Safety or/and Animal Health and Welfare in the EU.
The courses are composed of case studies, working groups, practical and theoretical presentations.

In 2017 a session on Food Safety only is organized from May 3rd to May 24th
