AIM OF THE COURSES : The ENSV summer courses aim at offering an update on the new concepts and main trends of the regulation in Veterinary Public Health, in the fields of Food Safety or/and Animal Health and Welfare in the European Union. Our challenge is to allow participants to gather and share experience from managing Food Safety or/and Animal Health and Welfare in the EU.
The courses are composed of case studies, working groups, practical and theoretical presentations.

 

ENSV Summer Courses in 2018

Prevention of antimicrobial resistance (one-week session)
End of March 2018: Monday 26 – Friday 30
With 2 days online learning before the onsite training in France

 

Animal Health and Welfare session – fair trade, free trade  (2,5 weeks)
Focus on communicable diseases including 2016-2017 avian flu crisis, lessons learned
Mid-June to beginning of July 2018 : Tuesday June 19 to Thursday July 5
Lyon, Marcy l’Etoile in France with a study trip to Brussels, Genova and Paris

 

Fish products inspection (seafood and freshwater, one-week session):
Mid-November 2018 : Monday 12 – Friday 16
With 2 days online learning before the onsite training in France
