AIM OF THE TRAINING: ENSV summer course is aiming at offering an update on the new concepts and main trends of the regulation in Veterinary Public Health, in the fields of food safety in the European Union. Our challenge will be to allow participants, from a range of activities, to gather and share experience from managing food safety in the EU.
Training composed of case studies, work in group, practical and theoretical presentations.
2016 session of the Summer Courses (Food Safety and Animal has been a success thanks to the 31 participants coming from 23 countries.
